Cardiac nutrition class at MountainView

The "Healthy Hearts" cardiac nutrition class meets on the first Wednesday of each month at MountainView Hospital from noon to 1 p.m.

The basic principles of a healthy diet are the focus of the class, which is designed especially for people with heart conditions and caregivers. No charge to attend. The hospital is at 3100 North Tenaya (Cheyenne and U.S. 95).
