Sep 30, 2010 The East Las Vegas Community/Senior Center is at 250 North Eastern Avenue. 229-1515 is their phone number. They have numerous events for seniors Monday through Friday. Monday events include canasta, cribbage and pinochle at 9:00 (free); chair exercise at 10:00 ($2); and tap dance at 11:30 ($2). On Tuesday, there's the walking group at 8:30 (free); the puzzle club at 9:00 (free); hula and Korean dance classes ($5); and one-on-one computer tech ($1). $2 annual membership to City of Las Vegas Senior Citizen Programs required. Information on events at all City of Las Vegas senior centers is in the Active Adult brochure.
