John Curtas has been reviewing our food scene for well over a decade, he is also heard on KNPR's State of Nevada, hosting with fellow critic Max Jacobson. John is a regular contributor to Desert Companion magazine and his work is featured in the Las Vegas Weekly. John also joins anchor Denise Valdez on KLAS TV for the Dishing and Dining segment.
